Pre Event
Pre-booking call – an optional call to see if Anna is a good fit for your event
Briefing call – an essential component of Anna’s preparation is the briefing call. This helps her to understand your organisation’s culture, your core objectives for the keynote speech and any relevant and unique challenges that she should know about. This collaborative approach ensures that Anna is clear on what success looks like for you, allowing her to create a bespoke and high impact speech that resonates with your audience.
Slide Deck – Anna’s PowerPoint presentation for her inspirational speech will be sent in advance via WeTransfer or Dropbox. This allows you to load it up beforehand and avoid any last-minute tech and audio issues.
Event day
Anna will arrive at your event in good time to meet you and your AV team to do a sound check and ensure that the slide deck is running smoothly and that she is clear on any lighting, sound or stage directions.
Anna will run her own slide with a clicker and prefers a lapel mic or headset.
Anna provides suggested introductions for your Emcee or event host to introduce Anna to stage.
Anna would be delighted to mingle and chat with your delegates after her keynote speech, take photos, stay for lunch and answer any additional questions.
Post event
If you would like a copy of the slide pack, Anna would be happy to send you a PDF version to share with the delegates after the event.
